NovaLink has the Manufacturing Facilities in Mexico to Meet Your Production Needs

NovaLink operates two 200,000 square foot Manufacturing Facilities in Mexico in the town of Matamoros, and another 60,000 square foot distribution facility in Brownsville, Texas.   Space in these manufacturing facilities is apportioned for customer operations on a needed basis. Typically, full service manufacturing line requires 30,000 square feet. Common manufacturing in Mexico facilities available for rent are 50,000 square feet. To aid in reducing manufacturing overhead costs, NovaLink clients can reduce overhead expenses by paying only for occupied space, needed labor, and shipping G&A through our unique model.   The distribution facility in Brownsville includes full warehouse services for clients. This location moves approximately $2 million worth of product on a daily basis to 200 locations across the U.S. and around the world.

Distribution Center: Warehousing, Logistics and Fulfillment

To help manage inventory, NovaLink also provides warehousing and storage for its customers. We can drop-ship products directly to your customer and manage a quick turnaround time from the time the order is received at our facility to the time it arrives at your customers door. NovaLink also provides direct to retail distribution or bulk shipment back to your operations.

Schutt Sports Case Study

Schutt Sports needed a partner that could help them cut operations costs from a main line in their manufacturing operations: refurbishing and re-conditioning football helmets for a variety of clients, including high schools, major college football programs, and the NFL. In addition, Schutt also required a large labor force for this extensive refurbishing operation that could scale up and reduce for their seasonal production. Schutt also required their labor crew to be able to work on several different types of tasks for refurbishing including molding, painting, buffing and assembly of facemasks and padding.
